GRATITUDE AMBASSADOR

In this role, you'll assist the Philanthropy Team by making thank you phone calls or writing thank you cards, helping us personally thank each person who donates to Lost Our Home Pet Rescue (LOH). Here at LOH we know every donation makes a difference and we want to make sure the public knows that too. You will be invaluable in helping us reach this goal and be a big part of the team that inspires the public to continue to donate. Most of this can be done remotely!
An Ideal Gratitude Ambassador will:
• Be reliable and warm
• Have great customer service skills and is comfortable making thank you calls
• Have clear penmanship to assist in writing thank you notes
• Be professional and adaptable
Responsibilities:
• Able to use a telephone (it takes about 1.5 hours to make 50 calls) and can take good notes when talking to donors OR
• Able to hand write letters (we can provide the script if you’d like)
Schedule Needs:
• November – January: Busy season! We will need a volunteer each day, Monday – Friday, for about two hours (we can coordinate the day with you)
• February – October: Available for two hours per week
