Day Before Brunch Prep volunteers will check in upon arrival. AM and PM will be helping for about the same amount of time, but at different locations. This has been shared over email, but including assignments and locations here too!
AM PREP
- Location: Scott's Warehouse - 7245 E. Gold Dust Ave, Scottsdale, AZ, 85258
- Time: 9:30am-2pm
- Point of Contact: Scott Rothenberger
- Parking should be readily available outside the warehouse/storage area. We'll email if there's anything specific to look for
PM PREP:
- Location: Omni Scottsdale Resort at Montelucia - 4949 E Lincoln Dr, Scottsdale, AZ, 85253
- Time: 2pm-6pm
- Point of Contact: Chris Walker (Missi will be the site lead)
- Parking: Look for GUEST PARKING, and you'll go to the Cordoba Room upon arrival
- We'll notify you if there's anything else to know ahead
Attire: We are asking all LOH Volunteers to wear their LOH t-shirts (or other plain shirts), volunteer nametags, and either dark jeans or black pants, and be sure to bring layers if you prefer them since we'll be in and out for each.
