**SIT STAY BRUNCH DECOR TEAM**
Join us as we put on our biggest event and most pivotal fundraiser of the year!
**Open to ALL Volunteers**
Decor volunteers will meet AT OMNI by 7am and be active for either 4 or 6 hours - We'll provide the equipment, bagels/coffee, and all guidance on site!
Sit Stay Brunch at Omni at Montelucia - Decor Team!

Volunteers assigned/signed up for Decor setup and teardown check in & begin blowing up balloons/unpacking & sorting decor, inserting batteries in candles & balloons, etc). AMG will instruct you on the outside table setup/decor & when ballroom is ready to be set SCOTT will instruct you on how to set up the tables with the wreath/lantern/candles/decor centerpieces. Every seat gets a program on it & every place setting gets a cookie.
- 7am Arrive AT OMNI - Check in with Chris and gather nametag (we'll have it) and where you're needed
- Step And Repeat Volunteers start at 8am
- 7am-10:30am help with decor and setup (first wave leaves 10:30-11)
- 10:30am-1:30pm Kelly, Cassidy, Schneiders will stick around and support other areas (e.g. Auctions, Float, Greeting)
- 1:30pm Second Wave Leaves - Enjoy your days!
Attire: We are asking all LOH Volunteers to wear their LOH t-shirts, volunteer nametags, and either dark jeans or black pants, and be sure to bring layers as it is sometimes chilly in the morning & you will all be working outside briefly
