We are taking adoptable dogs & raising awareness for LOH at a tattoo/car show that is fundraising for our organization.
Sentient Tattoo, 227 S Smith Rd Unit 101, Tempe, AZ 85288.
Timeline (UPDATED AS OF 12.12.24):
Friday, 12.13.24.
Their request is we set up by 5pm, show cars will roll in & park from 5-6pm.
Ends at 9pm & they know we may need to leave early if dogs have reached their max. They ask that we communicate with the event staff to help an early departure.
******** Since our wonderful LOH staff Jamie & Erica are attending and have volunteered to set up early - Here is the plan:
- Jamie and Erica will take table, chairs, dog pop up crates for the venue, rolling cart and get there by the 5pm setup deadline.
- Rob - 5:30 -get with ACT's here and get dogs loaded (4 dogs that will be pre-selected) and drive van to venue.
- Rob to call Jamie to notify of your arrival at lot across the street & Jamie and Erica will come meet the van to help take all the dogs to LOH spot.
- Briana - can meet everyone at venue to watch the table around 6pm while Jamie & Erica go grab dogs from Rob. *** Or you can drive in van with Rob and head over to the LOH table to relieve Jamie & Erica.
5. Jamie & Erica will meet Rob back at shelter to unload. Briana - ask them if they need your help at shelter after or if ok to head out from event.
