This Saturday May 27th 8am to Noon.

We need volunteers to help move furniture and other items out of the storage pod in the parking lot and into the new section of the building. 

Please be aware this will be hot work as it is outside and involve heavy lifting and physical labor as we are moving furniture and full filing cabinets. 

If you want a workout but hate going to the gym, please come to the shelter from 8am to noon and help move filing cabinets and furniture from the storage pod on the north end of the parking lot to the new expansion of the building on the south. This activity is best for people who can comfortably lift 50# and walk a distance while doing so.
