Here at LOH we know every donation makes a difference and we want to make sure the public knows that too. You will be invaluable in helping us reach this goal and be a big part of the team that inspires the public to continue to donate. Most of this can be done remotely! An Ideal Gratitude Ambassador will: • Be reliable and warm • Have great customer service skills and is comfortable making thank you calls • Have clear penmanship to assist in writing thank you notes • Be professional and adaptable Responsibilities: • Able to use a telephone (it takes about 1.5 hours to make 50 calls) and can take good notes when talking to donors OR • Able to hand write letters (we can provide the script if you’d like) Schedule Needs: • November – January: Busy season!
